My experience was horrible. The people were extremely rude. The website advertised services they could not provide. My friend and I walked in and requested nail services, the front desk lady was extremely rude and unhelpful. Then a second lady proceeded to make us feel like our request was insane and extreme which in reality it was just a manicure. They essentially refused our business. Truly appalled and hope clifton can get a better nail salon than this one.
I go to Serenity for hair and tanning! If your like me you like to go get pampered in a place you feel comfortable, able to enjoy yourself! Everytime I go I feel welcomed, the tanning beds are clean and my hair looks amazing! The girls in their have become more like family, they love what they do and do it well! I highly recommend their services! ALSO my kids get hair cuts and up dos as well, and with kids you know they can be busy and finding time to get them there can be a challenge BUT not at serenity they work them in without question, they love it there just as much! GREAT PLACE❤
